It is obtained fron Organic grapes from Trebbiano e Chardonnay vines, in CANEPELLA's vineyard on the hills of Emilia's Appennino, following champenois method. It's sparkling, with a delicate taste and lightly bittter. A pleasant and truly wonderful sparkling wine!
