This oil is produced by CORETUM near the National Park of Gargano in Puglia. The olives, organically cultivated, are picked by hand, washed and transformed in only a few hours using a traditional grindstone cold-crusher. The light fruity flavor serves as a reminder of the fresh harvest and is the reason why this olive oil has won prizes and recognition in international competitions BIOL '97 and '98 and SOL '97.
