A farmer's recipe from the Po Valley, one of the green valleys of Cuneo, it is made by ACHILLEA in keeping with old, gastronomic tradition. This tasty antipasto is made with organically grown carrots, eggplants, peppers, tomatos, zucchini, onions, beans and chards. Freshly cut vegetables are cooked with apple vinegar and preserved in extra-virgin olive oil and tomato sauce. An appetizing dish for a thousand occasions!
