The first italian organic beer, produced by LA TERRA E IL CIELO: it's obtained using the best blooming hop, no sulfite malt, and the pure, soft water from a well 164 mt. deep. This beer it is not pasteurized, in order to mantain all of yeasts's nutritious qualities. Color is clear, 4,8% vol.
