An exquisite preserve, canned using an old artisan recipe from the Cuneo countryside. Made by ACHILLEA with tomato, peppers and onion, cooked with aromatic herbs and delicate spices for added seasoning, this sauce is preserved in extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and apple vinegar for a wonderfully spicy flavor! A tasty combination of vegetables to enjoy on bread or toast, with a bit of oil or as a side dish with meat. Excellent also with tofu.
Available in packages of 2 or 4 jars, each approx. 7 ounces.
